En esta jornada, el rector, Magister.<br>Javier Constantine Castro, present\u00f3 su informe de gesti\u00f3n ante la<br>comunidad, destacando los principales logros acad\u00e9micos e<br>institucionales alcanzados durante el a\u00f1o 2025.<br>Al acto asistieron autoridades, docentes, estudiantes y representantes de<br>instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, quienes conocieron de primera mano los<br>avances m\u00e1s relevantes de la instituci\u00f3n. Entre los principales resultados<br>expuestos se destacan el incremento en el n\u00famero de estudiantes<br>matriculados, la publicaci\u00f3n de trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de<br>diversos proyectos investigativos.<br>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el rector tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 sobre los resultados de<br>las evaluaciones docentes, en las cuales se alcanz\u00f3 un nivel de<br>excelencia del 100 %. Asimismo, se resalt\u00f3 el cumplimiento de los<br>proyectos de vinculaci\u00f3n con la sociedad, gracias a los convenios<br>establecidos con distintas instituciones, lo que permiti\u00f3 alcanzar las metas<br>programadas en ambos periodos acad\u00e9micos del a\u00f1o.<br>El proceso de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de la<br>ciudadan\u00eda, permitiendo recoger opiniones y recomendaciones orientadas<br>al fortalecimiento institucional. Este ejercicio reafirma el compromiso del<br>ISTVR con la transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la<br>consolidaci\u00f3n de una educaci\u00f3n superior t\u00e9cnica y tecnol\u00f3gica de calidad.<br>La rendici\u00f3n de cuentas constituye un mecanismo democr\u00e1tico que<br>promueve la transparencia en el uso de los recursos p\u00fablicos, el<br>cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales y el involucramiento de la<br>ciudadan\u00eda en los procesos de mejora continua, conforme a lo establecido<br>en la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y
